HOW EASEFIT WORKS

Start quickly, or build a training system around you.

EaseFit gives you two ways to train: generate a complete workout without an account, or register for a personalised programme that remembers your progress and grows with you.

Quick workouts are generated immediately after you choose your setup.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What to expect from EaseFit

Do I need an account to use EaseFit?

No. Quick Workout lets you choose your level, muscle groups, location, equipment, duration and workout size, then start immediately without registering.

What do I get when I create an account?

An account adds personalised programmes, synced workout history, progress tracking, EasePoints, leaderboard features and the ability to build your own custom workouts.

Can I choose more than one muscle group?

Yes. Quick Workout can combine muscle groups such as chest and shoulders or back and core, while Whole body creates a balanced session.

Can I build my own workout?

Yes. Registered members can select exercises from the packaged EaseFit exercise library, arrange them in their preferred order and add the custom workout to their programme.
